Terms for digital products & engineering materials

These terms govern the sale and delivery of digital engineering products, software tools and technical materials provided by KAT Consulting.

2. Nature of products

The website provides digital engineering products, estimation software, technical documentation, engineering concepts and project-related materials.

Some digital products may require preparation, localization or technical adjustment before delivery.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically.

Delivery may include:

• download access;
• license activation;
• email delivery;
• customer-specific localization packages.

Standard delivery is normally completed within two business days after confirmed payment.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through external payment providers, including myPOS and bank transfer methods.

Access to digital products is provided only after payment confirmation.

5. Right of withdrawal

By purchasing digital products, the customer expressly agrees that digital delivery may begin immediately.

Once delivery, download access or license activation has been provided, the customer loses the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content supplied electronically.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available after delivery or activation.

Refund requests may be reviewed individually only in cases of:

• technical delivery failure;
• confirmed administrative error;
• inability to access the purchased product.

7. Limitation of liability

KAT Consulting is not responsible for:

• incorrect use of engineering materials;
• construction execution errors;
• local regulatory incompatibilities;
• project-specific engineering validation.

All engineering materials and calculations must be independently verified for the specific project and jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual property

All software, documentation, calculations and engineering materials remain intellectual property of KAT Consulting.

Redistribution, resale or unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
